Richard J. Brunelli
President: Rich founded the firm bearing his name 30 years ago and built it into the state’s leading specialist in retail real estate. While directing the activities of a staff that has grown markedly over the years, he continues to work personally with many leading retailers and developers on a variety of projects. Rich is also a former Chairman of Realty Resources, a nationwide organization leading regional retail real estate brokerages. Additionally, he lectures on retail real estate at the Monmouth University Real Estate Institute.
